All returns or reimbursements for new tires or wheels must receive prior approval from our customer service team. To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved returns or reimbursements must meet our eligibility criteria, including the tire being in unused, resalable condition. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will not be processed, and associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that reimbursements or returns will be issued only after the tires or wheels have been inspected and meet our return requirements.
