To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will not be processed, and associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The DOT code also includes key information about the tire’s manufacturing date, therefore any attempt to request a refund or return by the DOT date will be revoked immediately.
